Website Hosting Terms & Conditions
At Startup Remedy, we provide reliable website hosting through the GoHighLevel platform under our Basic Hosting Plan for $97/month. This plan ensures your website runs smoothly with ongoing updates, support, and light maintenance.
1. Hosting Plan Inclusions ($97/month):
- Hosting on the GoHighLevel platform
- Regular platform and system updates
- One (1) 30-minute monthly system check or basic updates (content, images, or links)
- Email-based technical support directly from Startup Remedy
- Access to GoHighLevel’s official support channels and knowledgebase at help.gohighlevel.com
2. Sub-Account Hosting Structure
All hosting services are provided under Startup Remedy’s primary GoHighLevel Agency account. Clients are granted access to their own sub-account, which is managed and maintained by Startup Remedy. Hosting, updates, and technical support are provided by Startup Remedy, while the underlying platform functionality is powered by GoHighLevel. Clients understand that their hosting and support agreement is solely with Startup Remedy.
3. Support & Maintenance
Startup Remedy provides ongoing monitoring and light maintenance as part of your hosting plan. Requests beyond the included services (such as advanced troubleshooting, design changes, new forms, new document templates or custom development) are available at an ad-hoc support rate of $60/hour, billed in 15-minute increments.
4. Billing & Payments
- Hosting fees are invoiced monthly and due on the 1st of every month.
- Non-payment may result in suspension of hosting and related services until the account is brought current.
- Reinstatement after suspension may require additional administrative fees.
5. Cancellation & Termination
- Clients may cancel hosting services at any time with 30 days’ written notice.
- Upon cancellation, clients are responsible for migrating their website or requesting a transfer of assets if applicable.
- Startup Remedy is not responsible for data loss or downtime resulting from termination or migration.
6. Important Notes
- Hosting is powered by the GoHighLevel platform and is subject to their system performance and availability.
