Why AI agents

Less busywork. Faster answers. More time for work only people can do.

Focus on outcomes, not jargon: AI agents take on the repetitive front-office and back-office tasks that slow your business down, while you stay in control of the decisions that matter.

01

Respond to inquiries

Website and messaging assistants can answer common questions, including after hours, using only the knowledge you approve — and can hand off to a person when needed.

02

Reduce repetitive work

Offload copy-and-paste tasks like follow-ups, data entry and status updates so your team spends time on judgment calls.

03

Qualify leads

Ask the right questions, capture contact details and route promising prospects to the right person with context attached.

04

Connect software systems

Link your website, CRM, calendar and other tools so information moves without manual re-entry.

05

Support employees

Internal knowledge assistants help staff find policies, procedures and answers faster.

06

Streamline operations

Standardize multi-step processes with routing, reminders and approvals that keep people in control.

Review: a person approves sensitive cases

Human-in-the-loop checkpoints. Approvals, escalations and overrides can be added at any stage — you decide where a person must stay in control.

AI customer support

Answers common questions from approved content and escalates complex or sensitive cases.

Human review: Escalates to staff when unsure or when a customer asks for a person.

Lead qualification

Asks qualifying questions, checks fit against your criteria and notifies the right person.

Human review: Sales reviews high-value leads before outreach.

Appointment workflows

Offers times, books, confirms and reminds through a connected calendar.

Human review: Staff confirm special requests and exceptions.

Voice AI call handling

Answers or screens calls, takes messages and routes callers using clear call rules.

Human review: Transfers urgent or complex calls to a person.

Internal knowledge assistants

Lets staff ask in plain language and get answers from your approved documents.

Human review: Content owners approve the sources the assistant can use.

CRM updates & connected systems

Logs conversations, updates records and triggers follow-ups across connected tools.

Human review: Changes beyond defined rules wait for approval.

Examples are illustrative. Which automations and integrations are possible depends on your tools, platforms and permissions, and we confirm feasibility before proposing scope.

AI Strategy Consultation

Discuss your business goals, identify automation opportunities and explore practical AI solutions — with a clear next step and no obligation to implement.

  • Your $95 consultation fee will be credited toward your AI implementation project if you move forward with our services.

How the credit works: It applies once, toward the implementation service fee of a subsequent AI implementation project. It is not a cash refund, cannot exceed the implementation invoice amount, and does not apply to third-party software, usage, telephone/SMS or other provider charges. The consultation is a separate service and is not included in the implementation packages.

All package prices are preliminary starting prices; final fees depend on project scope. Each package covers only the work and integrations defined in your written proposal. Third-party software subscriptions, AI usage fees, telephone/SMS charges and other provider costs are additional and are billed by those providers.

Agentic AI, explained

Automation follows a script. Agents work toward a goal.

Traditional automation runs fixed if-this-then-that rules. Agentic AI can interpret a request, choose among approved tools and complete multi-step tasks — within guardrails you define. It is practical technology available today, and it still benefits from human oversight.

Rule-based automation

Follows a script

  • Runs fixed triggers and steps
  • Struggles when input doesn’t match the rules
  • Great for predictable, repetitive tasks

Agentic AI

Works toward a goal

  • Interprets natural-language requests
  • Chooses among approved tools and knowledge
  • Escalates to people when unsure or required

Hypothetical · does not exist today

Artificial Superintelligence (ASI)

ASI is a theoretical future concept: AI that would surpass human intelligence across virtually every domain. Startup Remedy does not build or sell superintelligent systems. We implement practical AI agents that run within defined rules, with people accountable for outcomes.

Frequently asked questions

Straight answers before you commit.

Not seeing your question? Tell us about your project and we will respond with practical next steps.

What is an AI agent?

An AI agent is software that uses AI to interpret a request, decide on a next step and use connected tools — such as a calendar or CRM — to complete a defined task. Unlike a simple chatbot, it works within the rules, knowledge and permissions you approve.

What is Agentic AI?

Agentic AI describes systems that work toward a goal across several steps — choosing actions, using tools and adjusting as they go — instead of only following a fixed script. In business use it works best with clear boundaries, approved knowledge and human review for important decisions.

Do I need a large business to use AI?

No. Many projects start small — one assistant or one automated workflow. Larger organizations typically need more integrations, testing and governance, and the scope grows accordingly.

Can AI agents answer phone calls?

Yes, when voice AI is configured through a supported voice platform and telephone provider. We design the call flow, disclosure, escalation to a person and testing. Call-recording and disclosure rules vary by location, and telephone and usage fees are billed by providers.

Can AI agents integrate with my website or CRM?

Often, yes. Compatibility depends on the platform, available APIs or integrations and the permissions you grant. We confirm this during discovery before proposing scope.

Will AI replace employees?

Our approach is to take repetitive tasks off your team’s plate so people can focus on judgment, relationships and complex work. Agents are designed with escalation and approval steps so people stay in control of sensitive decisions.

How long does implementation take?

It depends on scope, systems and testing. A small automation can move quickly, while multi-system agents and voice AI need more design and testing. You receive a timeline estimate with your proposal.

Are software subscriptions included?

No. Package fees cover our consulting and implementation work. Third-party software subscriptions, AI model usage, telephone/SMS charges and other provider fees are separate unless stated in a written proposal.

What does the $95 AI Strategy Consultation include?

It is a 60-minute session for $95. We discuss your business goals, identify automation opportunities and explore practical AI options. If you move forward with an AI implementation project, the $95 fee is credited once toward the implementation service fee. The credit is not a cash refund, cannot exceed the implementation invoice amount, and does not apply to third-party software or other provider charges. The consultation is a separate service and is not included in the implementation packages.

How is business data protected?

Protection depends on the vendors, data flows, access controls and retention settings used. We review your requirements before connecting sensitive information, recommend limiting what an agent can access, and recommend collecting sensitive information only when it is needed and properly secured. We do not claim certifications or compliance guarantees.

Do you provide ongoing support?

Yes. Monitoring, updates and optimization can be scoped separately from the initial implementation — including conversation review, knowledge updates and workflow tuning.

What if I’m unsure where to start?

Start with the $95 AI Strategy Consultation. We help identify one useful workflow and assess whether AI is the right fit — including when simpler automation is the better choice.
