Sponsored Guest Post FAQs

1. How do I submit a sponsored guest post to Startup Remedy?

Start by submitting a sponsored guest post request with your proposed topic, company or agency information, destination link(s), and a sample or draft of the article if available. We review submissions for relevance, quality, and fit before approving a placement. Payment and publication details are provided after the submission is reviewed.

2. What topics do you accept?

We accept content that is relevant to the Startup Remedy audience, including topics related to entrepreneurship, startups, small business, AI, technology, website design and development, WordPress, e-commerce, SaaS, business software, automation, productivity, digital tools, online business, business operations, and innovation.

3. What types of content do you not accept?

We reserve the right to reject content that is irrelevant to our audience, overly promotional, misleading, plagiarized, substantially duplicated, poorly written, or created primarily for link manipulation. We also do not accept content promoting illegal products or services, malware or malicious hacking, adult content, unlicensed gambling, counterfeit products, deceptive practices, or misleading financial claims.

4. What are your guest post content requirements?

Articles should be original, useful, professionally written, and relevant to our audience. Most sponsored articles should be approximately 1,000–2,000+ words when appropriate for the topic, use clear headings and structure, and cite credible sources for factual claims, statistics, or quotations when needed. Content should provide value beyond promoting a company, product, or link.

5. Do you accept AI-assisted content?

Yes. AI-assisted content may be considered, but it must be accurate, useful, original, relevant, and professionally reviewed and edited before submission. We do not accept low-quality mass-generated, spun, substantially duplicated, or unedited AI content.

6. Can I submit an article that has already been published somewhere else?

Original content is preferred. Articles that substantially duplicate content already published elsewhere may be declined. If the content has previously appeared online or is based on existing material, please disclose that when submitting your request so we can review it before approval.

7. Can my sponsored guest post include links?

Yes. Relevant links may be included in approved sponsored content when they provide context or direct readers to an appropriate business, product, service, or resource. The number, placement, destination, and suitability of links are subject to editorial review and the terms of the selected placement.

8. Are do-follow links guaranteed?

No. We do not guarantee do-follow links or any particular link attribute. Link treatment is determined based on the nature of the placement, destination, editorial considerations, and applicable search-engine guidelines. Sponsored placements should not be purchased with the expectation of guaranteed search rankings or SEO results.

9. Are there restrictions on anchor text?

Yes. Anchor text must be relevant, natural, and appropriate within the context of the article. We may edit or reject anchor text that is misleading, excessively promotional, keyword-stuffed, unrelated to the surrounding content, or appears intended primarily to manipulate search rankings.

10. Can I choose where my link appears in the article?

You may request a preferred link location, but final placement is subject to Startup Remedy’s editorial discretion. Links should appear naturally within relevant content and should not interfere with the quality or readability of the article.

11. How are sponsored guest posts disclosed?

Sponsored guest posts are paid placements and may be identified using disclosures such as “Sponsored,” “Sponsored Content,” or similar language. Publication of sponsored content does not mean that Startup Remedy endorses the contributor, company, product, service, claims, or opinions contained in the article.

12. Will my sponsored guest post remain published permanently?

Approved sponsored guest posts are intended to remain published on Startup Remedy. However, permanent publication is subject to our publishing policies and continued compliance with legal, security, editorial, and website requirements. We reserve the right to update, remove, or modify content or links when reasonably necessary.

13. Can I pay to add a link to an existing Startup Remedy article?

Existing-content link requests are reviewed separately from sponsored guest posts. We may consider a relevant link addition when it genuinely improves or supports the existing article. Approval is not guaranteed, and irrelevant, promotional, or search-manipulation links will not be accepted.

14. Can Startup Remedy write the article for me?

Writing assistance may be available for an additional fee depending on the topic, research requirements, article length, and current availability. Custom-written content is quoted separately from standard contributor-provided sponsored post placement.

15. How much does a sponsored guest post cost?

Sponsored guest post pricing depends on the type of placement and any additional services requested. Current pricing and available options are listed on our Sponsored Guest Post page. Agencies and publishers seeking recurring placements may contact us about volume arrangements.

16. Do you offer agency or bulk guest post pricing?

Yes. Volume arrangements may be available for agencies, publishers, and businesses that expect to submit sponsored articles on a recurring basis. Please provide your expected weekly or monthly volume, sample content, typical article length, industries or topics, and link requirements when requesting bulk pricing.

17. How long does it take to publish a sponsored guest post?

Publication time depends on the current editorial queue, whether revisions are required, and how quickly approved content and payment are received. An estimated publication timeframe can be provided after the submission has been reviewed and approved.

18. Will my guest post be promoted on Startup Remedy’s social media accounts?

Social media promotion is not automatically included with every sponsored guest post. If social promotion is included in a selected package or separately agreed upon, the applicable platforms and promotional details will be confirmed before publication.

19. Do you guarantee traffic, leads, search rankings, or SEO results?

No. Sponsored guest post placement provides publication and the features included with the selected placement, but Startup Remedy does not guarantee page views, referral traffic, leads, sales, search-engine rankings, domain authority improvements, or other SEO or business results.

20. What happens if my article needs revisions?

If a submission is potentially suitable but does not yet meet our editorial requirements, we may request reasonable revisions before publication. Startup Remedy retains final editorial control and may decline a submission if the required changes are not made or if the content is ultimately not a fit for the website.

21. Is every submitted sponsored guest post guaranteed to be accepted?

No. Submission does not guarantee publication. All sponsored guest posts are subject to editorial review for relevance, quality, links, subject matter, and compliance with our publishing guidelines. We reserve the right to decline content or proposed links that are not appropriate for Startup Remedy.

22. When is payment required?

Payment is required after the proposed placement has been reviewed and approved and before publication or other paid work begins. Any additional writing, editing, link, or promotional services will be confirmed before payment.

23. What is your refund policy for sponsored guest posts?

Payments are generally non-refundable once editorial, writing, production, or publication work has begun. If Startup Remedy is unable to provide an approved paid placement before work begins, any applicable refund or alternative arrangement will be handled according to the agreed terms.
